A significant claim comes from Carter Logistics, a transport company that had previously sued Jack’s Donuts of Indiana Commissary LLC in April. The lawsuit alleged the donut company failed to pay over $700,000 for delivery services throughout central Indiana.

The company clarified that the bankruptcy proceedings only involve the franchisor and specific related entities, shielding the local store owners from the action.
