Inspired by the Hollywood icon herself, this luxurious drink not only celebrates Elizabeth Taylor’s legacy but also supports The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation (ETAF)—with $1 from every sale going toward the fight against HIV/AIDS.

The Elizabeth Taylor Chocolate Martini was inspired by a drink Taylor and Rock Hudson crafted while filming the 1955 classic Giant. Made with Tito’s Vodka, Kahlúa, and chocolate syrup, this rich, velvety cocktail is a nod to her glamorous Hollywood era and enduring influence.

Supporting the Fight Against HIV/AIDS

In partnership with ETAF, Tryst Hospitality ensures that every sip contributes to the foundation’s mission of achieving an AIDS-free world. Beyond cocktail sales, each participating venue—including The Abbey (West Hollywood), Tryst Puerto Vallarta, and upcoming locations in Fire Island and San Juan—has committed to a minimum annual donation, with additional support from featured spirit brands.
